Where exactly are you, right now? And how did you arrive? Was it fate or free will? Are you the architect of your situation, or do you trust the roll of the dice?
Step through the sliding doors with us, and dance other possibilities. Who could you be? Where could you go? And what can you bring back from your excursion to parallel universes?
This is a day to explore and expand your capacity to shapeshift: to intuitively choose your identity and your course of action, and to trust the fate of the dance floor. This is your invitation to try on, to try out, to step i...nto and to step up. We’ll take time to recognise the opportunities and possibilities that arise in relationship by dancing solo, with a partner and with the group.
«The trick is to identify with the shifting and not the shape.» — Gabrielle Roth

ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
Natalie Poole from Melbourne, Australia is a life-long dancer, who trained to teach 5Rhythms in 2013/2014. She has a background in Art Teaching and Dance-Movement Therapy. She has taught 5Rhythms in Europe and the USA, and teaches regular classes and workshops in Melbourne and Tasmania.
Ben Deutsch from Leeds, UK has been dancing 5Rhythms since 2005 and trained to teach the practice in 2015/2016. He's been teaching 5Rhythms classes and short courses in Leeds for two years, and this will be his first day-long workshop.
Natalie and Ben fist met at a 5Rhythms Mirrors workshop in Belgium in 2012. They've been trading ideas and experiences from opposite sides of the Earth ever since. Now they're seizing the opportunity to teach together, to offer a workshop that's grown out of two different lives.
