There are so many reasons and benefits of practising yoga, but sadly some people feel nervous trying yoga for the first time. I have worked with beginners for a long time & have found that students are worried that they'll be too inflexible or inexperienced to participate in drop-in classes.
Reyo Yoga is here to change this thought process and create a space for new yogis to have the confidence to step on the mat. Our 6-week beginners' course aims to put you at ease and teach you the basic postures, practices, and philosophies of yoga — in a warm, safe, friendly and utterly unpretentious environment.
By the end of the course, you will have reaped the benefits of yoga,… you will feel confident enough to come to drop-in classes and even practice at home.
Each week will have a specific theme and a group of postures that we'll focus on, these will be weaved into a 'regular' class, so you're still reaping the benefits of a yoga class without having too much of an information overload.
In addition to learning yoga postures, you'll practice various breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation techniques. There is also a beautiful relaxation period at the end.
This course will run for 6 weeks from May 9th
Time: 7:15 pm — 8:15 pm (1 hour)
Investment: £25 * early bird for the full 6-week course (if you miss a week this will not be refunded)

PLEASE Advise if you have your own mat as 30 spaces available but only 22 mats to use of mine :) if you are looking to dedicate and commit to yoga i would always advise on buying a mat :)
