This workshop is dedicated to Yogis of all levels that wish to improve and understand more about the flexibility of hamstrings and hips, and what role they play in our practice. We will look into the complexity of forward folds, which body parts may be restricting our range of movements and what we can do to facilitate ourselves into deeper stretches. We will discover how much our breath and mind can either help or be an obstacle when facing discomfort. Be prepared to meet your limits but learn how to accept and go beyond them. Most of all be willing to respect your body and practice mindfully while opening up to deeper stretches.
