Demystifying the art of arm balances, this workshop will explore crow variations, handstand and forearm-stand.
Our theme, or foundation for this practice will be the polarity of rooting down to rise up. Exploring the directions of breath and energy we will then flow through a warming vinyasa practice, taking time to progress towards each arm balance.
Learning to fall is part of learning to fly! In this workshop you are encouraged to release the fear of failure, and simply play with that childlike curiosity again.

Although not suitable for complete beginners, if you are new to yoga but haven't tried arm balances before come and explore a bit more of a physical challenge.
