LEN FAKI — (FIGURE / OSTGUT TON)
The Berlin based DJ, producer and label owner is one of the most outstanding and in-demand artists in present day techno. He is an internationally renowned DJ whose productions and remixes are played by techno’s most prominent names. Being a resident at Berlin’s prime techno club Berghain since its opening in 2004 keeps him open-minded as both a DJ and a producer. His sound is constantly evolving without ever losing its vibrant, unique energy and the passion and heart he puts into his sets. His gigs are an audio-visual adventure where he is not only playing for the crowd but rather performing for and with them. Faki launched his record label Figure in 2003 which has been churning out rock solid releases since day one. With over 635k followers on social media, its no secret Len is one of the hottest techno DJs on the planet right now.
CLERIC — (FIGURE / CLERGY)
The mysterious Mancunian has been active since 2012. Cleric's creative output has been most prolific with an extensive amount of releases on labels such as Arts, Figure, his own imprint Clergy and most recently on the seminal Soma Records. Celebrated for his crisp and atmospherical works, Cleric describes his music as a means to translate emotion to others. Good Friday will see Cleric serenade us for the second time as its almost 2 years to the day he first played for us in Blackpool.
«I like the idea that music is like a religion to people. They each find their own ways to worship it and the club becomes like a church. Therefore ‘Cleric’ was born from the idea of a leader within this religion, and the label ‘Clergy’ reflects a group of leaders.»
