Find your centre this season through 90 minutes of Strong Flow Yoga. During this workshop we will work on the fundamentals and proper alignment of chaturanga and downward dog, poses you do all the time but rarely stop to work on, maybe you have questions? That's cool we'll work on them.
We'll go through core strength exercises to prepare you for some fun arm balances and inversions. We'll break up all the hard work with some lovely flowing sequences designed to energise your body and soul. After all this hard work we'll slow down in a seated sequence which guides you seamlessly into a deep and relaxing savasana.
After working hard and building up your appetite, let us nourish you with an exciting selection of flavours with our middle eastern inspired roasted winter vegetable couscous dish with gorgeous spices that are both comforting and zingy!
Served with a beautiful section of colourful and tasty sides including,
Cashew Nut Coleslaw,
Lemon, Fennel and Coriander Salad,
Carrot, Beetroot and Sesame Seed Salad,
Freshly made breads and dips.
But make sure you leave room for our decadent Salted Caramel Cheesecake topped with Apple and Pecans!..
