This Yoga For Men course is open to men of all fitness levels, and all experience levels of yoga. Total yoga beginners are very welcome.

Why do yoga?
Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility and is incredibly beneficial for mental health. You definitely don't need to be able to touch your toes, or bind yourself up in knots to be able to do yoga, that's a myth. Any body can do it, and feel a great benefit from it.
What will this course include?
This course will cover the basics of yoga; the breath, some short sequences that you can use at home to continue building strength and flexibility in your own time, and then some tools to reduce stress and to feel much calmer.
We'll also include some anatomical information about how to keep the body mobile and free from niggles and twinges.
What do I need to bring?
Book your space using one of the links below, and just bring yourself and some comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in. We provide all equipment for free, and we have changing rooms available.
