We are very pleased to announce that former Kaiser Chiefs songwriter Nick J.D. Hodgson will be celebrating the release of his debut solo album “Tell Your Friends” with a special album launch gig at Headrow House on Monday 29th January which we will be hosting. This event will be by invitation only and we will initially be giving priority entry to people who pre-order the album with us. “Tell Your Friends” will be released on 3 formats; CD Album (£10.99), Standard Black Vinyl LP (£17.99) and Indies Only Clear Vinyl LP with art print (£19.99).
All pre-orders get guaranteed entry to the album launch gig, but please note, 1 order on any format allows 1 entry to the event. Customers who order 2 copies will be entitled to bring a guest along with them. No tickets will be issued for this event, we will have a list of names on the door. If you have ordered 1 copy of the album on any format it will be your name x1 and if 2 albums have been ordered it will be your name x2.
Doors will be at 7pm on Monday 29th January. Nick and his band will do a full electric live set from about 7:30pm. They will play songs from the new album with the strong possibility of a few oldies also being added to the set-list! When the live performance has ended Nick will be happy to meet members of the audience and sign copies of his new album.
“Tell Your Friends” is released on Friday 26th January, which is just a couple of days before the Headrow House gig, so we would ask all customers to please choose one of the collect options rather than pay for postage. Your order can then be collected from the shop anytime from 9:30am on or after the day of release, or it can be picked up at Headrow House on Monday 29th January. Please remember to take the album with you to be signed if you have already collected it from the shop.
There is also the option to pre-order without an invitation to the album launch gig. We will get those albums signed by Nick and sent out to customers on Tuesday 30th January.
Follow the Ticket Information link above to pre-order the album or call into the shop and pay over the counter.
