Join us on an exclusive journey through sugar cane & cocoa bean and taste the spoils of two of the finest rum & chocolate producers around as we showcase the luxurious Guittard chocolate and the multiple award winning Caribbean blends of St Abbs Reserve Rum to celebrate chocolate week 2017.
The evening will take you through each wonderful rum & chocolate alone before you experience first-hand the magic that happens when the two meet through four exquisite rum & chocolate pairings. You’ll also see a rum cocktail masterclass & sampling session, a rum-truffle tasting and hear some outstanding rum & chocolate cooking tips.
Hosted by award winning, local chocolatier and culinary educator, David Greenwood-Haigh, and our very own indie rum bottler, rum runner and cocktail expert Dave Owens, this experience is a very first for Wakefield and a night not to be missed!
