Yoga is a great tool to help you at University, it inspires creativity as well as helping you to de-stress and relax perfect to help with assignments and especially a good habit to get into before exam time!
Done yoga before? Or never tried it? InnerSense is providing two styles of Yoga for you to try in the Freshers program this year.
InnerSense Guru, Yoga, Massage and Events company is all about getting in touch with your emotions, your intuition, your inner voice and your gut feeling (your InnerSense) inspiring you to be your own teacher (Guru).
— This is an InnerFlow Yoga class all about feeling the freedom of flow and grace in and between the yoga postures, in an almost dance like manor rather than aiming for the perfect pose.
After a chosen pranayama (breathing) exercise, the class gets going with a meditative warm up and energising Sun Salutations. Transitioning gracefully through strong grounding standing postures and balances down to seated postures.
This class will leave you feeling completely stretched out, as it focuses on relaxing the hips working towards the beautiful Pigeon Posture at the end.

* Beginners Welcome. Please wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Leggings, joggers, shorts etc. All equipment will be provided. Yoga is done with no shoes or socks on, so no need to worry about what shoes to wear either. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions.
