It’s that time again… are you ready to get strong with our Summer Go! Girl workout. We’re focusing on giving you some of that feel good factor, and building that important strength in the core, shoulders and hips to support everything else you do this summer.
As usual, we’ll be using high intensity Pilates – a low-impact, challenging workout to music – to build strength, control and sweat! Afterwards we’ll have a chill out with a cuppa and a yummy, healthy treat.
This is the perfect weekend warrior workout, come with a friend and have some fun. Build strength to support your exercise routine, relieve back pain and improve your posture. You really will leave feeling like you can GO! Girl!
This is a 90min workout (don’t worry with breaks!) and then 15mins for a cuppa and chat before you leave!
All abilities welcome, no prior Pilates experience is necessary but it is helpful.
